Missing or defective parts

No matter how good the qualitycontrol are in the factories a lot of bricks are made and sometimes an error happens. A set hit the shelves with missing or defective parts.

 

So this is what you are supposed to do if your set is missing a part or has a defective part.

You need to know the set number and a picture of the stepnumber where the part is, and if possible mark this on the picture.

COBI:

1. Contact COBI on their website, follow their guide: https://cobi.pl/en/customer-service/missing-blocks

2. Send a mail til info@webklodser.dk containing ordernumber, set number and picture like above with a description of whats wrong. Then we will contact COBI.

COBI will then ship the part(s) directly to you.

 

 

SLUBAN:

1. Send a mail til info@webklodser.dk containing ordernumber, set number and picture like above with a description of whats wrong. Then we will contact SLuban.

Sluban will then ship the part(s) directly to you.
